There are several convenient ways to donate an instrument. Note that we are unable to accept pianos as direct donations.
You can request a proof of charitable donation letter declaring the value of your charitable donation for tax exemption purposes.
Drop off in Menasha
We can accept donations at our residential location in Menasha. Contact us to arrange a donation drop off.
Drop off in Appleton
We have a partnership with Heid Music who will accept donated instruments on our behalf at their downtown Appleton location. Stop in with your donation during their business hours.
Pick up
We can arrange to meet you at your home or an agreed upon location. Contact us to arrange a donation pick up.
Proof of tax-exempt charitable donation
If your donation is valued at $250 or more, you can request a proof of charitable donation letter declaring the value of your charitable donation for tax exemption purposes.
